1. Complaint that the Decision of a Rights Commissioner R-093753-MW-10 /JOC has not been Complied With
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Court on the 24th March, 2011, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the Minimum Wage Act, 2000. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 by Anass Jeeawody, 1 Upper Sherrard Street, Dublin 1 that his former employer Jazz Ventures Ltd, 20 Aungier Street, Dublin 2 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-093753-MW-10, and the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such an appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €21, 025.92 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
