1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner’s Decision has not been implemented R-093713-10/MMG
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 24th June, 2011. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, by Muhammad Youris C/O MRCI 55 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1, that his former employer Amjad Hussein, trading as, Poppadom, 46 Rochfort Park, Lucan, Co Dublin and Unit 5B, Newlands Cross Clondalkin, Dublin 22 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-091912-WT-10/MMG
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €5,000 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
