1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioners Decision has not been implemented r-123104-wt-12/EH
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 27th August, 2012, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of working Time Act 1997 by Sik Tai Cheng, 38, Ravenswood Crescent,Clonsilla, Dublin 15, that his former employer Ming Court Limited t/a Ming Court Restaurant,Unit 453,Blanchardstown Dublin 15, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-123104-wt-12/EH
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and noappeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said Employee €8,OOO in accordance with the Decision of the RightsCommissioner.
