1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioners Decision has not been implemented r-119548-hs-12/JOC
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 6th September 2012, in accordance with Section 29(8) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 29(8) of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 by Pawel Zadruzn, 32, Wadelai Green,Glasnevin Dublin 11 that his former employer G4S Secure Solutions (Ireland) Limited, 51, Bracken Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-119548-hs-12JOC
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €3,500 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
