1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner's Decisions have not been implemented r-129118-wt-12/JW & r-129120-wt-12/JW.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her cases to the Labour Court on the 24thJuly, 2013, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Ms Henryka Bartoszuk, 83 Limekiln Wood, Navan, Co. Meath, that her former Employer, Kevin Thornton trading as Sew Good, Navan Shopping Centre, Abbey Road, Navan, Co. Meath, failed to implement two Decisions of a Rights Commissionerr-129118-wt-12/JW & r-129120-wt-12/JW.,
and the said Decisions not having been carried out by the Employer,
and no appeal having been brought against the said Decisions within the time limit for such appeal,
the Court hereby determines that the said Employer pay to the said Employee €1,208.00 in accordance with the Decisions of the Rights Commissioner.
