1. A hearing arising from Labour Court Recommendation 20341.
BACKGROUND:
2. On the 24thSeptember 2013 the Worker referred his dispute to the Labour Court in accordance with Section 20(1) of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969 and agreed to be bound by the Court's Recommendation.
A Labour Court hearing took place on the 21stSeptember 2013.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Court has considered fully the submissions furnished by the parties in relation to this case. The Court has also met with the parties in an attempt to identify the issues giving rise to the dispute.
Having regard to the position being taken by the Worker in relation to the matters in dispute the Court has come to the view that no substantive recommendation that it could make at this time would advance the resolution of the dispute.
