The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant the Tribunal accepts that a redundancy situation existed. The appellant is awarded a redundancy lump sum based on the following information:

Date Employment Began 09 January 2008
Date Employment Ended 09 February 2010
Gross Weekly Pay €114.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
The appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 also succeeds and the appellant is awarded the sum of €342.00 being 3 week’s pay.
