The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 and notes that an amount of €9000 has been paid to the claimant. The calculation is based on the following criteria.
Employment commenced 1 July 2000
Employment ended 02 March 2012
Gross weekly pay €557.35
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005 during the relevant period.
