The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
Having considered the evidence, the Tribunal finds that the claimant was made redundant and is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:Employment Commenced 4 February 2008Employment Ended 15 June 2012Gross Pay €540Lay-off period 13 December 2011 to 15 June 2012Redundancy payment €4,708.80
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
