Having considered the evidence, the Tribunal finds that the claimant was made redundant and is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:
Employment Commenced 20 May 2008
Employment Ended 23 May 2012
Gross Pay €600
Lay-off period 13 December 2011 to 23 May 2012
Redundancy payment €4,884
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
