Background:

The claimant was employed as a chef from the 3^rd January 2010 until the 22^nd June 2012.

Neither the respondents nor representatives on their behalf attended the hearing.

Determination:

The Tribunal finds that there is no alternative but to dismiss the claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 due to the incorrect respondent being cited and no formal application made by the claimant to amend the title.
