1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner's Decision has not been implemented r-120674-mw-12.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 22nd April 2013, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000.
The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 by Krzysztof Welec, 18, Manor Village, Castlebar, Co Mayo that his former employer, John Conmy t/a The Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant, Belmullet, Co Mayo failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner r-120674-mw-12.
And the said Decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €871.50 in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
