Determination

The Tribunal is satisfied based on the uncontested evidence of the claimant that he did not receive his statutory notice entitlement of the termination of his employment. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €870.00 this sum being the equivalent of two weeks’ pay under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005.
