The Tribunal is satisfied that proper notification was sent to the respondent The Tribunal determines that a redundancy situation existed. The appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 succeeds and the Tribunal awards the appellant a lump sum based on the following criteria:

Gross Weekly Wage:               €255.00
