Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly on notice of this hearing. As there was no appearance by Appellant 1,2,3,5,6 and 11 their appeals under the Redundancy Payment’s Acts 1967 to 2007 fail for want of prosecution.
Based on the uncontested evidence of the Appellant 4,7,8,9 and 10, the Tribunal find that the appeals under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 succeeds and makes an award based on the following criteria;
