Determination:

The Tribunal is satisfied that notification of the hearing was delivered to the address provided by the claimant.  The claimant was clearly on notice of the hearing as he attended at the offices of the Tribunal in the minutes prior to the hearing and indicated that he did not wish to pursue the claim. 

Accordingly, the claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, is dismissed for want of prosecution.
