The appellant was dismissed by reason of redundancy.
The appellant is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on:

Dismissal Notice Received: 27 September 2010
Date of Termination: 26 September 2010
Normal weekly remuneration: € 406.09
The Tribunal awards the appellant € 812.18 compensation (this being the equivalent of two weeks’ pay) under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
The Tribunal also awards the sum of € 1,624.36, this being four gross wages under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
