Determination:

Having heard the evidence adduced the Tribunal determines that the claimant’s employment commenced with the named respondent on or about January 2011.  The claimant’s employment ended with the named respondent 15^th June 2011.  Therefore the claimant is due notice of one week.  Accordingly, the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €249.00, this being one week’s gross pay as compensation in lieu of notice under the terms of the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
