SUBJECT:
1. Alleged Non-Implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision r-129074-mw-12/JC.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 26th August, 2013 in accordance with Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 by Celina Jakubiak, 107 Amiens Street, Dublin 2 that Laurel Enterprises Ltd, t/a Centra, 68 Fassaugh Avenue, Cabra, Dublin 7 failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner r-129074-mw-12/JC, and the said Decision not having been carried out by the Employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such appeal, the Court hereby determines that the said Employer pay to the said Employee €237.35 in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
