heard these appeals at Roscommon on 23 September 2013

Appellant:
No appearance by or representation on behalf of the appellant
Respondent:
This case came before the Tribunal as a result of an appeal by an employee (the appellant) against two decisions of a Rights Commissioner under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 R-119331-PW-12/SR and the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 to 2001 R-119330-TE-12/SR, in the case of an employer (the respondent).
Determination
Being satisfied that the appellant was properly on notice of the hearing the Tribunal finds that the appeals under both the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 and the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 to 2001 fail for want of prosecution.
