The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Determination:
The Tribunal have carefully considered the evidence adduced and find the appellant’s employment with the respondent was terminated by reason of redundancy.
Accordingly the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 is allowed and the appellant is awarded a statutory lump sum under those Acts and based on the following:

Date of Commencement: 18 August 2003
Non-Reckonable Service: 27 September 2008 to 16 October 2008
13 March 2009 to 3 April 2009
8 April 2011 to 5 May 2011
3 June 2011 to 9 June 2011

Date of Termination: 15 November 2011
Gross Weekly Wage: € 500.00
This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
The claim under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 was withdrawn.
