The fact of redundancy being conceded by the respondent the Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 in accordance with the following criteria.

Gross weekly pay | €702-00 |
There was a period of non-reckonable service, by reason of illness in excess of 26 weeks, from 15 January 2011 until 17 July 2012.
It should be noted that payments from the Social Insurance fund are limited to a maximum of €600-00 per week. This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005 during the relevant period.
