The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly on notice of the hearing.
Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant, the Tribunal is satisfied that a redundancy situation existed when his employment was terminated and finds that he is entitled to a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:

Date Employment Began 23 February 2009
Date Employment Ended 17 June 2011
Gross Weekly Pay €526.50
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the social welfare acts during the relevant period.
