The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

Determination:

The appeals were originally heard in Wexford on the 18^th November 2011 in both their favour in respect of redundancy payments.  The order was issued to the appellants on the 26^th January 2012. 

Both appellants lodged another claim for redundancy on the 18^th April 2012.

Neither the appellants nor the respondent, or representatives on their behalf, attended the hearing in Wexford on the 26^th August 2013. 

Accordingly, the appeals under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 fail for want for prosecution.
