The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

Determination

The claimant resigned her position with the respondent  on Wednesday 5^th January 2012.       She maintained that she was forced to leave her employment and she sought other work.  She told her employer that she would work for two weeks after she resigned.   As she resigned from her job with the respondent she is not entitled to receive compensation under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 and her claim fails.
