Determination:
Being satisfied that the respondent had been put on notice of the hearing at its registered office the Tribunal proceeded to hear the uncontroverted evidence of the appellants. Having heard that evidence the Tribunal is satisfied that both appellants were dismissed by reason of redundancy and are entitled to lump sum payments under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 in accordance with the following schedule.
