Determination

The appellant’s employment terminated with the respondent company in August 2009 and the Tribunal received the claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 on 21 December 2012. As the claim was received by the Tribunal outside of the two years’ time limit prescribed in the legislation the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.
