Background:

The case is before the Tribunal by way of an employee implementing a Rights Commissioner’s Recommendation under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 and 200, ref: r-085252-re-09/SR.

Determination:

There was no appearance or representation for the claimant.  The Tribunal is satisfied that proper notification was sent to the claimant.  The respondents were present in person.  The respondents told the Tribunal that the award of the Rights Commissioner Recommendation ref: r-085252-re-09/SR, has been paid and produced documentation to show this was the case.

Accordingly the Tribunal dismiss the appeal for implementation under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 and 2001.
