This case came before the Tribunal as an appeal by an employee against the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner reference number r-094946-te-10/EOS.

Determination

Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant the Tribunal is satisfied that he was not given a complete contract of employment. The appeal under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts 1994 and 2001 succeeds and the appellant is awarded the sum of €200.00
