1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner's Decision R-110772-MW-11/GC was not complied or fully complied with.

2. The worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 4th March, 2014. The following is the Court's Determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 from Leslie Ann Mulqueen, 41 Castlepark, Caherconlish, Co Limerick that Francis Smith T/A Trevor Francis, Unit 8A, Longford Town Shopping Centre, Longford, failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner – r-110772-mw-11/GC, and the said Decision not having been carried out by the Employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such appeal, the Court hereby determines that the said Employer pay to the said Employee €6,489.00 in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
