The Tribunal received correspondence from the respondent’s representative dated 31^st January 2014 which stated that the respondent would not be present at the hearing, as the appellant company was now dissolved.

Neither the appellant nor the respondent attended the hearing. Accordingly, the appeal from the under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 is dismissed for want of prosecution and the Rights Commissioner Decision (reference: r-117964-pw-11) stands.
