The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
It was agreed at the hearing that the above named respondent was the employer when the appellant’s employment terminated.
Based on the evidence, the Tribunal finds that a Redundancy situation existed and that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, based on the following information:

Date of termination: 12th August 2012
Gross weekly pay: €468.75
Amount of redundancy: €3,000
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
