Determination
The respondent conceded that the appellant was dismissed by way of redundancy. The Tribunal find that the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 succeeds and awards the appellant a redundancy lump based on the following;
Date of Commencement: 8th May 2008
Date of Termination: 24th August 2012
Gross Weekly Wage: €550.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the relevant Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
