Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that all parties were on notice of the hearing. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the respondent.
The appellant withdrew her claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007. The Tribunal heard the uncontested evidence of the appellant and awards her the sum of €720.00 in lieu of two weeks minimum notice under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005. The Tribunal awards the appellant €120.00 in lieu of a bank holiday under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
