The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:
All claimants’ withdrew their claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 and Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
The responded conceded the claims under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007. Based on the evidence adduced, the Tribunal finds that the claimants’ are entitled to redundancy lump sum payments under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, based on the following criteria:
