The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:
The claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 and Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 were withdrawn during the hearing.
The responded conceded the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007. Based on the evidence adduced, the Tribunal finds that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, based on the following criteria:
