At the outset the respondent conceded to the appellant’s appeal.

Determination:

The appeals under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 and the Terms of Employment Acts, 1994 and 2001 were conceded by the respondent (employee) in this matter. Therefore the Rights Commissioner’s recommendations are dismissed.
