Determination:
Based on the evidence and submissions adduced the Tribunal finds a redundancy situation occurred.
Under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum based on the following details from the appellant’s P60 dated the 27th February 2014:

Gross Weekly Pay: € 431.19
