Determination:

The Tribunal are satisfied that the appellant was properly notified of the date, date and location of the hearing in Monaghan Courthouse on the 31^st October 2014. Neither he nor a representative on his behalf attended the hearing. The respondent requested the appeal be struck out due to the non attendance of the appellant to give sworn evidence in this matter.

Accordingly, the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 fails for want of prosecution.
