The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:

The Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant was properly notified of this hearing. Neither the appellant nor a representative on his behalf appeared for this hearing.

Accordingly, the appeal under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 is dismissed for want of prosecution. The Tribunal, therefore, upholds and affirms the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner under the above Acts.
