This case came to the Tribunal as an employee appeal under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, against Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-129336-ud-12/RG.
Determination:
Due to the non-attendance of the appellant despite BS (the respondent’s managing director) and the Tribunal division waiting for him, the Tribunal acceded to BS’s application to strike out the appeal for want of prosecution and uphold Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-129336-ud-12/RG under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
