This Order corrects the original Order dated the 3rd February 2014 and should be read in conjunction with that Order. The claimant is entitled to compensation of €3,824.00 under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 which is equivalent to eight weeks gross pay (€478.00) and not €1,912.00 as stated in the original Order.

The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant is entitled to compensation in lieu of notice in the amount of €1,912.00 which is equivalent to eight weeks gross pay (€478.00) per week under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005. He is entitled to compensation for ten days holidays under the Organisation of Working time Act, 1997 in the amount of €956.00
