This case came before the Tribunal by way of an appeal by the employee (appellant) against decision of the Rights Commissioner (r-108180-pw-11/MMG) under the Payment of Wages Act 1991.

The Tribunal is satisfied that both parties were properly on notice of the hearing. As there was no appearance by the appellant on the day of the hearing the appeal fails for want of prosecution.
