Accordingly, the appeals under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991, and the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 and 2001 are dismissed for want of prosecution and the rights commissioner‘s awards of €352.90 under the Payments of Wages Act, 1991 and of €500.00 under the Terms of Employment (information) Act, 1994 and 2001 stand.
