Determination:

The Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant and the respondent were properly notified of this hearing. Neither parties nor representatives on their behalf appeared for this hearing. Accordingly the appeal under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 is dismissed due to lack of prosecution and the Rights Commissioners decision is affirmed.
