This case came before the Tribunal by way of an employee appealing the decision of the Rights Commissioner under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 ref R-123930-PW-12/JW.
Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that all parties were properly on notice of the hearing. The appellant did not attend the hearing therefore the appeal under the Payments of Wages Act, 1991 fails for want of prosecution.
