The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:
Determination:
The Appellant and the Notice Party entered into a written agreement which said agreement the Tribunal has accepted as part of the within proceedings. Upon investigation the Appellant discovered that at a previous hearing of the Tribunal the Respondent’s revenue documentation relevant to her, disclosed the name of the Respondent but the company registration number of the notice party, Shebeen Shic Limited. The correct information was not at the time of the original hearing available to the appellant. The liquidator has accepted that the appellant was entitled to a lump sum payment under theRedundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 in accordance with the following criteria.

This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005 during the relevant period. It should be noted that payments from the Social Insurance fund are limited to a maximum of €600-00 per week.
