Determination:
The Tribunal accepts the evidence of the appellant and finds that she is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:
Date of Commencement: 06 October 2003
Date of Termination: 15 December 2011
Gross Weekly Wage: €150.00
The appellant was not working from 01 March 2010 to 15 October 2011 due to illness. Accordingly, under Schedule 3 paragraph 8 of the Principal Act as substituted by section 12 of the 2003 Act, only 26 weeks of the aforementioned period is allowable as reckonable service.
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
