Determination
The Tribunal heard fulsome evidence from both parties in relation to the appellant’s tenure and termination of employment. On foot of this evidence the Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum payment under the Redundancy payments Acts 1967 to 2007. Based on documentary evidence in the form of P60’s provided, the Tribunal makes the award based on the following information:
Date of commencement of employment: 15 July 2005
Date of termination of employment: 9 July 2012
Gross weekly pay: €286.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
