Redundancy was conceded in this case. The Tribunal award the appellant a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following;

Date employment commenced:          15^th September 1990

Date employment ended                     31^st July 2011

Gross weekly pay                                €298.69

This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment, during the relevant period, in accordance with the Social Welfare Acts.
